If you want to cook something easy and truly good for kids, save this recipe for the future. I remember when we were children — Mom would invite me and my sister for breakfast, and it felt like magic. I hope you enjoy it like we did.
🧺 Ingredients
2 packages of cottage cheese (about 500g total)
5 eggs
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of flour
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of baking soda
1 small packet of vanilla sugar
🥣 Instructions
Mix everything together in a bowl using a spoon.
Knead the dough and roll it into small balls. I personally mold them by hand — pinch off a piece and roll it gently.
Fry in a deep fryer until they turn a light golden brown.
